1. How long does order processing take?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery across Pakistan usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

4. What are your shipping charges?

* PKR 300 for parcels up to 1 KG.
* PKR 400 or above may apply for parcels over 1 KG, depending on the size, weight, and delivery location.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share your tracking number via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.

6. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. We offer 7-day Return & Exchange according to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will review the issue and assist you with a replacement or solution according to our policy.

8. Do you launch new collections regularly?

Yes. We regularly introduce new arrivals, including Luxury Lawn, Khaddi Net, Chikankari, Handwork, Party Wear, and Wedding Wear collections.
