Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, our team will review and confirm your order details. Customers may be contacted via WhatsApp or phone call for order confirmation if required.

Processing Time

Confirmed orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

After processing, your order will be handed over to our courier partner. Delivery across Pakistan normally takes approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel has been dispatched, the tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp, SMS, or email where applicable.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders across Pakistan.

Possible Delays

During Eid, public holidays, severe weather conditions, high-volume sale periods, or unexpected courier delays, your order may take slightly longer than usual.
